Shree Pappu Numberdar, a true social worker at heart, has committed his life to the village’s improvement, working continually to improve it and resolve local problems. Despite his brilliant and legitimate presence, he has chosen community service over political aspirations. His approach is founded on the concept that true progress begins at the community level.
Shree Pappu Numberdar’s humility is reflected in his preference for public good over personal gain. Rather than focusing just on economics and his family’s well-being, he spends a large amount of time mediating and settling villagers’ problems. His ability to bridge barriers and promote unity throughout the community has earned him a great deal of respect.

Mrs. Maimwati Bhati, the Co-Founder of Siksha Sanskar International School, Bagpur, is a true example of determination, sacrifice, and a mother’s vision for education. She belongs to the rural village of Bagpur and spent most of her early life as a dedicated homemaker while raising her five children.
Living in a village, she faced many challenges while trying to provide quality education to her children. The struggle of finding good educational opportunities made her realize how difficult it was for rural families to educate their children properly. Despite many obstacles, she remained committed to her children’s future and continuously motivated them to study and achieve success.
When her children grew up and became successful in their respective fields, Mrs. Maim Bhati shared her heartfelt vision with them. She expressed that if it was so difficult for her to educate her own children, many other families in Bagpur must also be facing the same challenge. With this thought, she encouraged her children to establish a school in Bagpur so that every child in the village could have access to quality education.
Inspired by her vision and determination, Siksha Sanskar International School was established. Today, Mrs. Maim Bhati proudly stands as the Co-Founder of the institution, and her dream continues to shape the future of many children by giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Mr. Bhati has more than 18 years of experience in Underwater Inspection Engineering and has worked in several countries such as the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Australia, the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei. His international experience has given him a broad perspective and valuable knowledge about global standards and professional excellence.
Through his journey around the world, Mr. Bhati developed a strong belief that education should prepare students not only for exams, but also for life. With this vision, he is committed to creating an environment where students can learn with confidence, develop strong values, and build the skills needed for the future.
